He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland's European Division in Heidelberg, Germany.

An Illinois native dedicated two decades of service to the United States Air Force. Enlisting in 1997, Todd's career spanned key assignments, including deployments to Frankfurt, Germany, and Baghdad, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Throughout his military service, Todd held leadership roles, including training manager and superintendent of the UAV schoolhouse at Holloman Air Force Base, where he trained MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper pilots.
Following his retirement, Todd transitioned to real estate, bringing the same dedication, integrity, and attention to detail that defined his military career. Now a licensed realtor and property manager residing in Freeport, Florida, Todd leverages his diverse experience to serve his clients with excellence and commitment.
